Meet Gwen:
I was born in Susanvilla, CA but moved to Fallon when little and have lived here since. I did attend UNR but then returned home to Fallon after college. My extended family are 4th generation Fallonites. My husband, Michael, and I have raised our four children here and totally enjoy that they and ALL our 12 grandchildren (6 boys and 6 girls) currently live here too!
During my 38 year real estate career I've sold homes all over Northern Nevada, mostly in Fallon and Churchill County, but also in Reno, Sparks, Fernley, Carson City, Yerington, Hawthorne, Silver Springs, and Dayton, staying up-to-date on our current market. I continue my real estate education often.
I love my career and would not have chosen any other path. It is such a joy to assist buyers and sellers attain the American Dream of Home Ownership!
It is my goal to treat those I serve as I would wish to be treated and provide them with the knowledge and expertise that has helped me attain top producer over the years.

Since many of my family members were some of the first pioneers to the Lahontan Valley I pride myself on being a local-home grown girl. “List with the Gwen Lister—she gets the job done—as the name implies” I am a proud wife, mom, grandma and roadie for my husband's band.
